- Package Cost: Prices are based on current currency exchange rates and are subject to change in case of fluctuations or revisions in taxes or fuel surcharges.
- Booking & Payment:
- 50% advance payment required at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% to be paid at least 15 days before departure.
- Full payment must be received before issuance of travel documents.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days before departure: 25% of tour cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of tour cost
- 08–14 days before departure: 75% of tour cost
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of tour cost
- Visa fees (if applied) and flight bookings are non-refundable.
- Visa:
- Bali (Indonesia) offers Visa on Arrival for Indian passport holders.
- Passports must be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of entry.
- Visa charges are to be paid by the traveler at Bali airport (IDR 500,000).
- Travel Insurance: Not included in the package but strongly recommended. Travelers must bear any medical/emergency expenses not covered under the tour.
- Flights: This package does not include airfare. We can assist in flight bookings at competitive rates.
- Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local events, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any changes made by the traveler during the trip may incur additional costs.
- Hotel Check-In/Check-Out:
