Land part cancellation policy:

• 10% Booking amount is not refundable.
• Clear 35 to 31 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 25% OF THE TOUR PRICE
• Clear 30 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 50% OF THE TOUR PRICE
• Clear 15 to 08 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 75% OF THE TOUR PRICE
• Less than 07 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the tour - 100% of TOUR COST

 
Booking and vouchers policy:-
 
1. We will start processing your booking after the receipt of the initial payment till then we are not holding anything and cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed services.

2. Valid ID proof needs to be provided at the time of booking along with the initial payment if you do not provide the same the booking process will be delayed.

3. As per the new RBI guidelines, PANCARD IS MANDATORY for every booking & travel.

4. We are not responsible for the rejection of the Visa.

5. Anything other than the inclusions is not under our responsibility.

6. Once everything is booked, nothing can be changed.

7. Travel vouchers will be issued 2-5 days prior to the commencement of the trip.

8. Travel itinerary provided at the time of booking is only tentative and final itinerary will be shared on arrival at your destination as it all depends on the final discretion of our local counterpart at that particular destination.

9. Travelers need to pay the full amount before 15 days of travel.

Terms and Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS
• “Company” refers to HOUSE OF TRAVELLERS, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives.
• “User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our website and services.
• “Services” refer to all travel-related services provided by the Company, including but not limited to tour packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, transportation, and guided tours.
• “Third-Party Providers” refer to airlines, hotels, transport services, and other vendors providing services booked through our website.
• “Force Majeure” refers to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• Represent that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under parental guidance.
• Acknowledge that any violation of these Terms may result in restriction or termination of access.

3. SERVICES AND BOOKINGS
3.1 Booking Process: All bookings made through our website or directly are subject to availability and confirmation by us or our Third-Party Providers.
3.2 Prices and Payments:
• Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be made in full before confirmation of services.
• The Company is not responsible for price fluctuations caused by airlines, hotels, or other vendors.
3.3 Cancellation & Refunds:
• Cancellations must be made as per the specific cancellation policy of each service.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per vendor terms and may be subject to deductions or penalties.
• The Company is not responsible for any delays or denials of refunds by Third-Party Providers.
3.4 Changes & Amendments:
• Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.
• The Company reserves the right to make modifications to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS
By using our website and services, you agree that you will NOT:
• Use our website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information while making bookings.
• Engage in activities that may disrupt or damage the website.
• Attempt to copy, modify, or distribute any website content without authorization.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in legal action.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
5.1 No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

9.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

9.3 Arbitration:
• Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The seat of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. TERMINATION & RESTRICTION OF ACCESS
• The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the website if a User violates these Terms.
• The Company may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Users are advised to review these Terms periodically.
