In the event of a cancellation, we must be informed in written via an email. The cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the written request. The charges are as follows:
o More than 45 days prior to arrival – No cancellation charges, except a 15% processing fee (not applicable for group bookings).
o 45 to 25 days prior to arrival – 35% of the total tour/service cost.
o 25 to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total tour/service cost.
o Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date – 100% cancellation charges (No Refund).
Check-in & Check-out Policy:
o Standard check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
o Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the hotel.
